Busy Busy Busy!!!

My sis just now ask me how come I din update my Blog today.......as she bery give face to check my blog everyday. :)
Can only manage to update after work as nowaday bery bery busy!!
My partner today on 1/2day leave...lagi busy!! Usually I rely on her a lot. She did a lot of follow up while I concentrate more on the SAP. If she not around I die man.

Ever since I came back from Hokkaido, everyday is like war! Usually after my holiday, my soul need 2 weeks to settle down to work. This time have to force it to come home the minute I start work. Bo pian lah we got this KNS project & SAP going on at the same time. Cannot afford time to dream......But sometimes my soul still drift away........that's y kana "niao" by the PM. Aiya dream or no dream me & my partner always kana "niao" one lah. "Niao" until ba liao.

Lucky we manage to bid this KNS project. If not we gona eat grass liao. This customer KNNB is not easy to work with. They want cheap want green & want big nei nei ....never satisfy one. However, they are our major customer. We eat porridge eat rice all depend on them. What to do??

We are running live now and doing double entry on our current system.....bery siong ah. Tammy says she improve from 3hrs create 8POs to 2hrs for 10POs in SAP. Good hor. Ann today create 1 PO in 2hrs. Jaymie have to deal with those 6000+ item list 4 or 5 times liao.....1st change FIFO to moving average, 2nd change warehouse misc to stk, 3rd change dunno change wat, 4th change extract out price for each item from VM, 5th change go over the 6000+ items again to check for 2nd price.......BP master also change a few times.....Heng got Jaymie around ah if not I surely go crazy one.
Now everythig seems to be bery messy, many procedure not confirm yet, everyone still blur blur as I only manage to train them for 2hrs on SAP......bo eng mah. We manage to squeeze the 2 hrs when all bosses to play golf. The most we can do is learn as we do lor.
Hopefully after this initial stage everything will go smoothly.
