Problem with Internet connection.....

Yesterday can't connect to my Singnet broadband. Shit.....the DSL light on the Speedtouch modem is off....dunno why.
Have called Singnet and tried every possible method but still cant get it work.
Just called the modem service center......the answer is if DSL light is off.....most preoberly modem is faulty.
Luckly still can use the Wireless@SG.....
Still gota get a new modem liao.....
